Charles River Laboratories, Las Vegas, Nevada

A 128,000 SF, two-story addition to an existing 300,000 SF. The existing facility was completely renovated by the Owner for laboratory operations. The laboratory project included a vivarium of approximately 50,000 SF. The remainder is dedicated to laboratory research.

   Dell Pediatric Research Institute, Austin, Texas

Two-story, 150,000 SF laboratory and vivarium complex. This facility was a joint venture between the City of Austin, The University of Texas and Dell.

Bell County Courthouse, Bell County, Belton, Texas

New construction of  a 88,800 SF facility, plus 14,520 SF partial basement to house District Courts, District Attorney and District Clerk offices. The project also included renovation of the Annex Building and existing Jail renovation.

Engineering, Sciences and Technology Building, University of Texas at Tyler, Texas

Two new four-story buildings - 92,261 and 64,248 SF - to provide laboratories, classrooms, administrative and faculty offices, mechanical rooms and general support spaces. The project included a new central plant containing two chillers and expansion space for an additional chiller. In addition, a sky bridge was constructed to connect the two buildings.

Edinburg High School, Edinburg CISD, Edinburg, Texas

New 315,000 SF high school that included classrooms, lecture halls, library science labs, administrative offices, competition and practice gymnasiums, locker rooms, kitchen/cafeteria and a chilled water cooling system for the entire building. Also included were a football field, baseball and softball fields, soccer fields and onsite parking.

Mayborn Museum Complex, Baylor University, Waco, Texas

A state-of-the-art natural science and cultural history learning environment and showcase for Baylor’s vast natural science and history collection, the Mayborn Complex included classrooms, office, laboratories and halls for traveling exhibits.
